Who we are

FinSyntax Labs is a solo digital project run by Veer Pratap Singh, based in Maharashtra, India. This website (finsyntaxlabs.pages.dev) publishes tools, systems, and guides at the intersection of finance and automation — built and documented publicly.

This is a one-person operation. No company, no team, no investors. One person building in public.

What data we collect

We collect minimal data, and only what is necessary for the site to function:

• No account data — there is no account system on this site. You do not log in.
• No payment data — products delivered via Whop handle all payment processing. We never see or store your payment details.
• No form data — this site does not currently operate any email signup or contact forms. If you email us directly, your email address is handled as private correspondence only.

We do not knowingly collect data from visitors beyond what third-party infrastructure (see section 04) may log as part of normal web operations.

How we use your data

We do not collect personal data for marketing. We do not build mailing lists. We do not run advertising campaigns.

• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or profiling.
• We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels.
• We do not send unsolicited emails.

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services to function:

• Google Fonts — loads typefaces from Google's servers. This may transfer your IP address to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Pages — this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard web request data (IP address, browser, request time) for infrastructure and security purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Whop — used to deliver digital products. If you download a product via Whop, their own privacy policy governs that transaction. We only receive what Whop makes available to sellers.

This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other individual user behaviour tracking tools.

The Note Combiner tool

The Note Combiner tool on this site processes your .md files entirely in your browser. No file content is ever uploaded to any server. No data from the tool leaves your device. Zero.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services (Google Fonts, Cloudflare) may set their own cookies as part of normal infrastructure operation. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Your rights

Since we collect no personal data directly, there is little to action — but you have the right to:

• Ask what data, if any, we hold about you.
• Request deletion of any data we hold.
• Contact us with any concern about how your information is handled.

To exercise any of these rights, email us directly. We will respond personally.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will be updated. We will not notify you by email since we do not operate a mailing list. Check back here if you want to stay current.
